In 24 hours the world has already changed
You influence it with actions, with words, with your seed
Append to it like a poem
try to become a part of it's greatness

You know the importance of a decision
you know the ability of clairvoyance
you know that you know
and still you take it lightly
you toss it all away

One choice builds on another
Will you be weak or strong?
For once delay gratification
see past the obvious impulses of your character
The reward is much more fulfilling

Today you have another chance
so fill it with passion and conflict
with stillness and peace
you'll find yourself balanced
somewhere in the middle

Be true
if anywhere
but true here
and the only promise kept
will be the one you make
in yourself
