[Library] Eau d'Ethanol by Nikki RiceThe perfume on her neck
smelled so sweet -
like candy -
I had to have a taste.
But the flavor
was of gasoline
spilled on pavement -
my lips a match,
thrown carelessly,
igniting the puddle. 02/17/2005
