THE MAN IN THE STARS by Phil WallingTHE MAN IN THE STARS
In the galaxy where the stars are black
Lives a man who laughs at air
And he has magic where light must crack
And he is wise as well as fair -
He is old,
He is young
He has no shape but the shape he chooses
Mental transportation is his principal power
What hope he has, he also loses.
He is all alone, sometimes together
He is never apart, in fact, quite near
The man in the stars fears no bad weather.
One day spacemen will find it queer
To find this man in the black star space
Who'll pass them knowledge beyond their minds
Who'll tell them words that were never spoken
"I am the love - exiled from mankind." 02/07/2005 Author's Note: Peace
