Death asks for naught

by Maria Terezia Ferencz

In death there lies sincerity
Unlike life I am afraid
It is heavier with charity
When against life it is weighed
While life is full of color
and death is deep and dark
Life travels by the dollar
Death asks for naught

Author's Note: Sorry I am so brooding. Someday maybe I will be able to write about happy things, but everytime I try it feels so fake.
