A prayer rests upon a star
that is dieing
taking it's last breath
sends the prayer towards a black hole

a flower blooms next to a rock
awakens its petals to a new dawn
next to a decaying land
brings beauty in a barren desert

a note escapes from under
a piano lid closed
from another time...another place
melts a mood
started in E minor flat
