biting giant by Charlie Morgan
the giant could swallow the bear whole,
but he like to bite off the head first.
then he would eat a leg, sometimes.
or not, he'd devour the rest.
giraffes, too, zebras also,
even elephants had no chance.
the giant ate them all with relish,
as he mumbled while he chewed.
soon he'd be fully sated,
as one by one each animal perished.
soon the giant will eat his oatmeal,
brocolli and spinach.
but to him, now, animal crackers
are all the protein he needs.
