It's a Mop Cop

His night stick fanning his hip like a crop
Unsettled he hears a loud pop
And decides he better flop
In the dumpster top
Out of the dumpster in a single hop
He Draws his weapon to get the drop
And warns the fugitive to stop
As he sprints ahead to bop
