You Say by Charlie Morgan You Say
You say a noise, others nod
in agreementÂ…
in opposition.
The noise, a decibel creation
from the larynx of wonder,
treks from the lips of one
to the ears of another.
In the ephemery between lips and ears
the noise looms itself into
entropic alignment:
a symphony of meaning.
Meaning: a handmaiden to Understanding.
Understanding: the Flagship steering humankind.
