Once More

by Shonda Creemer

My sweet prince, so far away from me. We possess only cherished moments dripping with time. I hear your words, feel your comfort, but cannot seek with my own eyes your moonlight wonder. Hidden from me for so long, you appear only to be washed away when the night is over. And I sit~ alone ~hour upon hour, wishing for your touch. Your soft voice to take me away to our paradise of love. Our mesmerizing conversations etched gently inside my soul. Aching to be close to you. Deserving to be within your world. Still we are apart. Constantly in my thoughts, you are truly mine. Here this second. Holding me. Protecting me. Loving me. And there you shall remain, until fate brings us together

I can feel your words...and best yet...I know in my heart I have said something similar...but you have captured it beautifully...:P

Don't worry; he'll show up when you least expect him and more than likely once you've stopped looking. wonderful words, nonetheless dear Shonda.
