Spin Cycle

by Leslie Ann Eisenberg

Hey, hey won’t cha bring it, disco deejay,
shakin’ my booty, ain’t this one fine day,
Princess Kitty Kat’s gonna swerve and pout,
the first six lives ain’t what I’m all about

I am still that bold and virile girl
hips a waving while my flames do swirl
pigtails, lollipops, a wink and a slap
caught ‘ya, boy, looking at me like that

Ride of your life, who knows what will be,
c’mere, big fella, put your arms ‘round me,
Just remember this -- dangit, it’s my dance,
I’ve got plenty more lives to thrive and prance
