Crying out to no one

by Ava Blu

She cries out into the night
Praying for her life
Asking for her death
Waiting to be helped
She waits in the night
Hoping her ex-lover will return
Wondering how much more she can take

He waits in the distance
Slowly watching her fuck up
Knowing how to help her
But never sure whether he should
He cries out into the night
Wanting to go to her
Wishing to hold her again
Just a second is all he needs
To wash her ugliness away

She dies in her dreams
Picturing him turning the knife
Crying to be saved
Yearning to be loved
Living only to die

He watches her die
Secretly knowing how to stop her
But he can’t trust whether this is real or fake
We all know how much she loves to take
And never forgive for your mistakes

She cries out to no one

She cries out to you

It is real.

I know this girl. Seemed along time ago, I was this girl. Time does heal all wounds. At least mine anyway. And the lessons I took away were priceless. Really loved this Jeanna.

Self-destruction, that is the word that comes into my mind when I read this. Sometimes we take the extreme to bring others back when they seem to be lost. I feel this one.
