Wherever I walk
You're with me every step of the way

You're in my heart
And in my soul
You're the thread that keeps me from falling apart
The foundation on which my soul is built.

In my imagination I talk to you
You are my thoughts
The essence of my emotions.

I want to show you my world...
The place that has always been my home
And I want to take you everywhere I love
I'll show you the sunset from the 74
And Birmingham on a summer morning
When there's no one around

But most of all I want to show you
Just how much I love you.
For no words, no poems could ever say that
I could take you round the whole world
And to the stars
And you would still not truly know

So instead, I give you my heart
So that my love is with you
Wherever you walk
Every step of the way
