this life force sustains us
our body a vessel to this essence of life

like water
it follows the path of least resistence
like life
it needs conscious attention and direction

practice
and feed the subtle forces that connect us
to each other and the world around us
breathe with intention
and create a web of vitality
vessel to vessel
65 to 75 times per minute

such excellent advice. It's good for asthmatics too, I understand, yogic breathing. Thanks for this.
