Hollowed Out

by Aaron Blair

I've felt you scraping
inside me like a miner
with a fever for gold,
but I don't know what
you thought you'd find.
I only know the hollow
you left in your wake.
I'm like a womb without
a baby, I don't know
what to do but bleed.

Leaves me breathless and chilled. A disturbing piece.

I have got to open your library and read your stuff. This is brilliant Aaron!
