I hear her voice
I see her figure standing there
I need to touch her

Pass her on the staircase

See her working at her desk
See her stand beside a wall

Anywhere she means to be,

Watch her walk in front of me
Sway. Slow.

See her descending the staircase
See her in the hall
Imagine her upon a desk
Imagine her against a wall

Envision hips and lips and fingertips,
Hands, and strands of hair
I watch her as she walks before me
Swaying, teasing, unaware
