Blue Monday (A Tragedy) #1 by Jersey D GibsonINTRO
Setting: Some back alley, dimly lit, with trash, rain, and people milling about.
Daniel: (Voiceover) Life. It seems that it can be confusing at times. Especially when you play at it as an actor.
Setting: We focus on production cameras, lights, and stage people in the alley, their equipment focusing on a body laying on the ground, a gun in hand.
Daniel: (Voiceover) That's me, the body on the ground. Seems so tragic, how long life can be, yet how short it is when you're at your end.
Setting: We focus more on Daniel, eyes closed, a shot to the temple. His head is to the side, where the exit wound is touching the ground. A pool of blood under the head is slowly draining away from the rain hitting the corpse.
Daniel: (Voiceover) I guess all stories should start at the beginning. Because Romeo and Juliet would be nothing without the conflict, the death, the confusion of their tragic end. Everyone wants the story. Here is mine.
Director: Cut! That's a wrap folks!
END SCENE 11/11/2004 Author's Note: Daniel - A person, more like a body, lying on the ground, dead. Admitted to being an actor.
Production Crew - The normal hired crew of people needed to film TV shows, films, commercials, etc. What the scene is dictates how many extra bodies you need to run lights, cameras, gaffers, key grips, and the like.
Director - The man. Of course, just a position. Most is work through assistance, producers, and cameramen.
