The Election in Retrospect

it was the intense event you'd hoped for.
The tall, muscular warrior race
against the sly, slimy bug race
and all of mankind at stake.
You walked from the theater confused;
not sure if you were happy with the results
and not sure if it qualified as comedy. 11/08/2004 Author's Note: oh god, i wrote a poem with the words "Alien vs. Predator" in it

Which also means it's a pretty accurate metaphor for the election and the parties involved. Kinda hard to decide if you wanna vote for the acid blood or the skull collection. Either way we're in trouble. |
