Little Worker Ants

- Another day has bid farewell
- and as I sit here
- pondering the daily activities,
- I suddenly realize
- how ritualistic everything is...
- Alarm goes off @ 6:54 a.m.
- You have to pee
- Feed the dogs
- Get ready for work
Hop into your car
and blend in the line ~
like Little Worker Ants ~
scurrying toward one goal
TO TEND THE "QUEEN"
how sad
- Nine hours later,
- same line,
- different direction...
- Unlock the door
- You have to pee
- Feed the dogs
- Get ready for bed
Next destination:
yep, 6:54 a.m.
And I get to do it
all over again.
(maybe one day, I will be the Queen)
