Beauty by S. Pelham FloodIn Hilton it never snows
and when it rains- its
never wet. Instead, sugar-
bees float down and
tickle our tongues.
Weare the rainbow.
Everyone is as giggly
as a toddler on Christmas
morn; with rosy cheeks,
snow white smiles, and
almond hued skin. Blonde
and blue-eyed sex idols
crowd the malls and halls
of schools. Rippled abs
and perky tits salivate
your libido and steal your
sensations.
We wear no clothes.
Why cover such perfect
beauty? We emphasize
instead; making the street
stores as ugly as abandoned
warehouses with broken
glass and shitty signs.
A never-ending ghetto,
busted architecture
and dilapidated streets.
All to make us seem more
beautiful
than we actually are.
