fool the fates

by Kimberly Bare

c r e e p i n g
days
rush into countless years
as we tumble
round the wheel of time

moments sneek pass
even as we go
unblinking
into a future
already told

with hands upturned
and thankful
we hope
for a world to stop turning

and the fates
to be fooled
into believing
there is chance for change

Time and fate mix well in this verse and impress magical images on my mind. Great read and blessings...
