Huntress by Madeline PestolesiCroutched, Gollum-like
At the foot of a full-length mirror,
Fingers deftly flitting
Over every crevasse.
The huntress,
hard at work on the toxic removal.
She sways into her reflection,
In time to catch the satisfying release
Of a whitehead bursting on the glass. 10/14/2004 Author's Note: I know it's disgusting. But it's honest.
