Intro to Statistics

by James A Holt

A prison made
By my mind
Can't escape
Doesn't really matter
Even if I wanted to
Forget an easy night
Granted I did this myself
Hell couldn't be much worse
Infinity compressed into
Just two and a half hours
Killing me would be a reprieve
Lies! Lies are told to me that
"Math is sooooo easy"
No comprehension at all
Odds are my brain will explode,
Perhaps I'll go to Heaven in death
Quick! end my torment
Release me from this madness
Set in numbers and formulae
The teacher explains in thick Chinese
Useless efforts in math
Violence is much more fun!
Why did I sign up for this class?
Xylophone!! (what did you expect?)
You might think I'm crazy.....
Zortran!!!!

Author's Note: I do apologize for the lack of grammar, but that was what I was thinking at the time. Would you believe it that I wrote this poem in 20 minutes?

Well, what you know is always easy.
