Sinking....(Step Two) by Deanna M GritsonisI wish I could scream
GET OUT OF ME
Let these feelings melt off
These days pass so strange
Like the bomb hasnt dropped yet
I am not special
Remember that
I am just me
And no where in my name is that word
I cant fix you
I want to run
My green eyes are deadly
I shouldnt look anymore
Let the tears fall
For something needs to
I wont break or budge
So let them roll down
There is no key to my inside
No pass to ride for free
Its a club with no members but me
Is it the plague coming?
Or another war
Always one inside
Maybe the melodrama music
Filling my head
Inside the huge headphones
Holding on to something
Your touch?
Comfort?
I cant juggle
So when the glass breaks
Ill be gone.
