Posted by Nadia Gilbert Kent on 08/31/04 at 12:04 AM It stinks of Roald Dahl, I love it! This stanza: This must be the frog she thought
from the stories Ive been told
If I catch and kiss him then
what wonder shall I behold? May work better as: "This must be the frog," she though
"from stories I've been told
If I catch him and I kiss him then
shall wonder I behold?"
The rhythm is so strong in all the other chunks, that one kind of threw me off. Lovely work, and welcome to Pathetic. |
