What happened to romance?
a single rose?
a gentle kiss?
a simple "I love you"....
we were in love weren't we?
still are?
have we been together that long?
or just apart that long?
Who are you now.....
I feel so lost
when did things change?
You look at me now
without seeing a thing
and empty words echo in my ears
I love you
is something to do,
not simply something to say....
