A Total Eclipse of the Sun

Some people see a meteor shower,
others view the dawn.
Giant redwoods awe those they shade
and lift them to the sky.
These natural wonders,
these acts of God
are glorious to behold.
Yet, when were together close and warm
to me you eclipse the sun.
