I’m sick of licking stamps: A plea

I’ve written words on my lips
and they rest there like
forgotten love letters found years later
left in a desked crevice.
These words on my lips
wait here for you to pick them up
like a child, swing me around
and let my feet fly up to the sky like my
heart does at the though of
you.
My lips wait here for you. Come,
read them.
