Grits And Other Great Stuff

by Charles J Hannan

Start with biscuits in the oven
Gravy on the left, back burner
Simmering bacon on the front eye
Don't forget the grits
With real butter in the middle
A dash of salt to taste
And eggs are made last
As not to rubberize them
Top it off with a large glass of orange juice
You're set
The ultimate country breakfast

Of course if you ate like this everyday
Your heart would surely explode
I don't care what Atkins says
Try some yoghurt
Or fruit....or maybe both
