I opened myself by Traci MabatsI opened myself
to you
I let the dam break
against your palm
I laid down at your feet
submissive
and vulnerable
my throat
ready at your finger tips
But you didn't move
you hardly
blinked an eye
I gave to you
what I had carried
in my heart for so long
And you failed to realize
its significance
So tell me, dear sir
where do I go from here
now with my heart so
heavy in my hands 05/13/2004 Posted on 05/13/2004 Copyright © 2024 Traci Mabats
