Bordello Of Vice

by J. P. Davies

It took quite some time,
to get up the courage,
to walk 'round your house again.

But when the beat started
to go boom-bam-pah-doom,
I started to dance my friend.

And Oh Lord it caught fire,
like a temple of flame,
making all fiercely perspire.

Well we tore it all down
just to build it back up,
a domain full of earthly desire.

When the walls came down, a cry went up
to rescue our bordello of vice.

Well it all fell down, but we raised it on up,
like a fire cracks free from the ice.

It was a damn fine evenin'
in the land of the dead,
the devil came back to the dance.

We screamed, "Lord have mercy"
but he paid us no mind. Sayin',
"Come in and give it a chance."

So we danced on through
the walls of flames,
and we took a place by his side.

And we danced in time,
making walls of flames,
one crazy hellacious thrill-ride

When the walls came down, a cry went up
to rescue our bordello of vice.

Well it all fell down, but we raised it on up,
like a fire cracks free from the ice.

Author's Note: Hah Hah, I wrote a song with an 80s hair metal chord progression in mind and this is what came out...
