it's a tragedy
as the world disintergrates
into a pile of rotting corpses
with kids crying out of hunger
and all their mothers can do is
stand and watch their children die
while the corruption in this government
grows and grows until every hard earned dollar
is tainted with the blood of the innocent
caused by evil greedy power hungry 'leaders'
selfish politicians only worry about winning
an election making false promises
while the poor fight for their lifes
and the lifes of their young children
the world doesn't want to acknowledge
the fact that millions are dying each and
everyday from malnutrition and diseases
that could easily be cure with a simple
vaccine but we still ignore it
one day life will get back at everyone
and the world will feel the pain
the pain all those children had suffered
the pain a helpless mother feels
when all she can do is hold her child
and whisper "it's goin to be ok"
as she watches the child die in her arms
all this can't continue
but it does
and its a tragedy
