this is the way i bleed. by Olivia Weinkeinhe tells me everything is going to be alright
and i believe him because it's better than being
alone, it's better than making promises to myself
i don't intend to keep. instead
i make promises to another
lying through my teeth lying
on my back half-hoping he doesn't discover me,
half-knowing
he already has.

half-knowing he already has" - yes, the truth DOES show through eventually. Nice work! I enjoyed this :-) |
