In So Deeply by Quinlan L GibsonWhat was that look: that one that took my breath away?
The one that said things you sometimes say; the one that makes everything okay.
I saw it twice tonight and it felt just like IÂ’d imagined it to be.
That way you look at me makes it all sugar coated; so devoted
I feel you finally are; wished upon that star and you came true.
What do I do with this much satisfaction, my reaction still unclear
IÂ’m not used to no confusion as to if you are for real.
I steal moments all the time, have only your face in my mind
you captivate me with the promises that have come true.
I am with you so completely, by your side and in so deeply
that I donÂ’t know what will happen and for once I do not care.
You are there.

i really love the way you play with rhymes. it's like a sonnet on acid. lol. it's really mushy. it's really beautiful. yay! *nanette |
| Posted by Susan Q Tomas on 03/17/04 at 07:11 PM I like this poem about living in the moment. - "that I don’t know what will happen and for once I do not care. You are there." - very mushy. Also very stable.
