two step kitten

by Rachelle Howe

she rolls
with tides that flow upward
upward into me
and i dip
dip deeper into those depths
that she's clamped and clung.

i hear the words,
those moans, and they reach
upward to the immortal ears
nails wrack down flesh that screams

intricacy,
i take my time
with fingers that dance upon
her cat walk.

Author's Note: *dies laughing.* okay. first of all, i'm highly amused. this was inspired by a certain "kitten" that i uh, was watching, well, uh, what... the poem says. so yeah.
