lust / poem 107

by Richard Trotter

Painting your picture with a lucid smile
to manifest charisma with vacuous style
and place your edgy hands to mine
muscles ease like uncoiled twine
let me surrender and sip from your lips
rest in your arms, cash in all my chips

Author's Note: I don't feel this now.. but maybe it would be easier if I did

Well, day dreams are capable of carrying us away. They help release the tension built up by unfulfilled desires.
