Beach Moment by Karl WaldbauerAs you rise from the Deep,
the sun strikes your perfect skin
exploding a million opals.
Minute diamonds caught on my chest
sparkle,
glistening.
We dive and surface together.
YouÂ’re a seal,
IÂ’m a dolphin with a satyrÂ’s grin.
We roll in the waves
at one with the ocean,
pulled,
tossed by tides,
shimmering like the jewels weÂ’ve become.
