"American History X"

by Angela Thomas

He took his head, laid it tenderly on the curb, raised his foot, and then kicked. His skull lay in two. He stopped moving and went limp with the hemorage.
I couldn't believe that such hate could exist. The idea that his teeth scraped the concrete before he died still chills me.

I saw this movie too, and this seen was particularly chilling to me. Those teeth scraping, and his head was not tenderly laid there, he was forced to do that, can you imagine what was going through that mans mind?

That is an especially hard to watch scene. The hate involved is so strong. Scary. You really capture the feelings associated with seeing it.
