Heaven by Richard TrotterIn Heaven's gleaming promised land
brooding darkness is divinely banned
Evil, just a twinkle in the eye
never allowed to solidify,
Slugs and snails just eat the weeds
a broken heart never bleeds,
And the sun's scorching radiation
stops doubtful seeds' bleak germination,
Life's an everlasting flower
warped by God's coercive power.
