Rough beach, cold, white sand blowing everywhere, huge breakers on the shore..

A group of three detectives are standing on the rough shores talking about the site of supposed suicide… when the detectives are trying to figure out what happened..

First one is a white woman, short brown hair, black suit, the nice cop, second is a black man, mid 30’s shaved head, third is a white male, late 20’s…

As they are talking a huge wave crashes on shore, water running up way past where they are standing, both the white people jump up and down as the water is very cold..

Black cop: See, this is what I’m talking about… bunch of white kids, all drunk or high go down to the beach in their jeep for a good time…right? And as we can tell, from forensics, is they we’re having a good time.. high blood alcohol content, but yet… something else.. but anyways.. they don’t notice the tides out, or aren’t surfers..

Lady: Yeah well, one of them had to be a surfer, since we did find surf wax and a board a couple miles down shore…not to mention the wet suit in the jeep.

White guy: Well, lets suppose they didn’t drive off a bridge or drive into the water, what do you think happened?

The white girl, crosses in front of the jeep, but as she walks it appears in front of her..

The jeep was parked on the beach.. people in the jeep.. maybe one guy out… probably, since he was the only one found outside the jeep.. but something had to happen to keep them inside the jeep..

Flashes to scene of kids parting on the beach.. Eating pills and smoking weed..
Two cars, One a mecedes, old school and the jeep that was there before..

So they are drunk, stumbling around laughing next to a bonfire… a huge surf rolls in, takes out the firepit and they all jump and run to the car and jeep and get in…

Another huge wave rolls in, with one riding on top of the swell, the wave is doubled in size of the usual..
So the people are flooding into the car, so is the water, they wouldn’t be able to open the side to the beach.. only the drivers and people on the other side could

Male cop, but why wouldn’t they just get out of the car?

They freaked out, apparently..

So your saying that they thought they could stick in out in a sinking car?

Well one was outside the car

(really there was 3, the other two hadn’t been found..

Back to the water..
The people in the jeep bail out but are sucked under the car by the force of the water.. one guy jumps from the door of the jeep into the window of the Mercedes and the guy rolls up the window before the second barrage covers the car in dark ocean water

Car Interior:
Kid A: Front Passenger seat
Kid B: Passenger seat
Kid C: Backseat passenger
Girl D: Backseat driver (Passed out the whole time)
Guy outside of car

Kid A: Awesome man! You made it!!

D: Dude, Sarah got sucked under the car man! What are we gonna do?

Kid A: Dude the radio wont work! He starts smacking the dash..

Guy outside the car tries opening door, but it won’t open..

Kid b: yah hear that?

Kid A: Naw, maybe it’s a fish

Back to the cops:

So you’re saying that they we’re so messed up on drugs, that they thought they could survive?

Well we know that the one outside the car didn’t die right out, he had to have been pulled a ways out to just stick with the car..
Well we did confirm that the one kid had been romantic with the female in the car..
Yeah, the owners daughter, Wendy..
So that means he probably was trying to rescue her..
Yeah, and by the strains in his throat and the used up co2 in his lunges tell us that he even breathed his last breath by breathing air from the car…

Yeah, that must have been a horrible way to go.. not being able to open the doors.. and knowing you’re the one locked out.

He could have survived for 20 minutes tops they say… yeah, I doubt it took long at all before they realized they were already dead… they say after the first minute, you don’t feel it…..yeah, you try to get out, but you’re stuck like a rat in a cage..

Pan out to the guy outside the car.. sucking the last tinkling bubbles and yelling “Noooooooo…”

Author's Note: I had this dream this afternoon.. I took a nap, and this woke me up... the dialog is mostly there, I know Im forgetting a few smaller parts, but that's mainly what happend..
