Escrito del corazon no espiritual

by Oscar Martínez

Silencio,

Qué me dirás ahora tarot?

El corazón está escuchando
Silencio!

I don't know the word for "senses" in Spanish, so I'm putting this in English. This is a fine, moving example of an Imagist poem, using the sense of hearing, and a beautiful piece indeed. Lonely and kind of disgusted, perhaps? as it appeals to the stars and the Zodiac and Fates, the way we do when we're dejected and fed up. So moving.
