what you've done in YOUR past, affects ME now by Nanette Bellmanit seems unclear, almost funny
@ the same time
it makes perfect sense
young and stupid
like Malibu and Coke
but i've never been around the block
yet you own it
do you know how it feels to know
that i feel like
there is nothing sacred with us
with me
i just want to have a something
don't think what you're thinking
this isn't about her
infact, i never wanted to say "her"
but it happend...(i'm sorry...)
this is about in general
because you know so much
even about life
i haven't the slightest clue
and you wonder why i call myself "little"
it's about bruises and scars
laughs and tears
it's about being 23
and popular and a football player
(because you were a starter)
your best friends
those enemies
parties
and kisses
but
this is still not about her
this is about me. 12/29/2003 Posted on 01/02/2004 Copyright © 2024 Nanette Bellman
