the streams of dreams in consciousness by Kalikala Smithif lifting a finger were so easy,
don't you think we'd all do it?
soar above the clouds with ease?
if lifting my heart out of its soiled container were so easy,
don't you think i'd do it?
it'd beat to wildly for me to control...
if lifting my soul out of its ashen misery were so easy,
don't you think i'd do it?
don't you think that i'd make the effort to care?
if lifting diamonds out of coal were easy,
then we'd all be shiny happy people,
bursting with the energy of a child.
if...
if lifting our dreams into reality were so easy,
we'd do it.
our dreams are what keep us awake in day and asleep in night...
