She isn't a model or an actress,
but she wants to be one someday.
She tells me that the world
isn't that dark and black,
but I can't see it like she does.
She smiles to often and I want
her to frown for me.

She isn't a model or an actress,
but our story plays out in my mind
of things I could have done to keep
her near me.

So I'll go on with my life.
Walking down the these deadend
streets from one town to another,
and hoping she would be near.
