Posted by Max Bouillet on 12/10/03 at 10:05 PM Exquisite poem with loads of emotion-laden imagery. "now i just drink green tea
and pray that i'm not dead" fantastic ending that really leaves an impression! :) |

Posted by John Ilotan on 12/10/03 at 11:24 PM Not only is the ending poignant and sharp, the title flows into the first stanza to capture the readers attention. Gripping and heartfelt. Excellent work. |
Posted by Don Coffman on 12/12/03 at 08:58 AM Really interesting and nicely done, and yet another thumbs up for those closing lines, it's a strong ending. There's a somewhat disjointed feeling to it in the first stanza and the first few lines of the second, though I think it's an interesting effect for the subject. |
