The Way the Rock Does

Nobody's going to care anyway
It would be so much easier
to throw my efforts to the water
like a rock
A rock that's been smoothed by water and time
One that hops across the water
seemingly effortlessly
But I cannot do that
Rocks are one thing
Far be it from me to toss my life
It wont go down so easily
the way the rock does
Just get out of my face
Leave me be
I don't want to hear your lies any longer
