Remember by Dana E BrossardSnow fell gently from the clouded sky,
Blanketing all in pure white powder.
The wind blew ever so slightly,
Through the old forest glades.
Broken moonlight played upon the snowy banks,
With frozen rivers of crystal blue ice.
A cold winter night,
In these cold mountain peaks.
Nestled between two mountain peaks,
Buried in rocks, half covered in snow,
Rested a stone pillar,
Crafted with care.
Carved into this ancient stone,
Far removed from peopled lands,
Bore the mark of a Lilly and three quick words.

Posted by Maureen Glaude on 12/06/03 at 02:45 PM gorgeous and so symbolic. I love pillars, pillara being one of my pennames, and the significance of this monument and message so high in importance |
