The Apocolypse by Traci MabatsTime bides itself
At the breaking of Dawn
and the end of Earth
All will shudder
Fire will flow
like a river
through the land
cutting down mountains
before devouring the seas
in a rage of steam
And all will suffer
Death will Reign
down from the sky
and boil up
from the bowels
of the Earth
devestating in its wake
As all will be no more 12/05/2003 Author's Note: and experiment of sorts...rain or reign? give opinions please, thank you

Posted by Ashok Sharda on 12/09/03 at 04:19 PM I am wondering as to what made you write this piece. What was the impression which compelled you to compose this poem. No doubt that its imaginative. No one knows despite all the claims. We are too small to know natures design. Its ultimate purpose. |
Posted by Max Bouillet on 12/09/03 at 07:05 PM Either reign or rain could fit leaving it up to interpretation... however, the context leans more towards rain. The images are epic and horrific and def leaves an impression. |
