Topic: You Will Know Me (By The Trail Of The Dead)

by J. P. Davies

I am a shuddering shadow
shouting monosylllabic curses
racing across this desolate landscape
a brooding menace aggregating for you

A tortuous mass of vile thought
peircing in pitch and stagnant in smell
I am the rotting center of a
world gone horribly askew

despondently I trace a path
of no resistance or refrain
I am a cyclone of despair
and as the wails of the countless
victims reach your cognizant ears

will you walk away,
or dash with all your sinew?
as I approach the gates
of your hallowed home
you will know me...
by the trail of the dead.

Very nice very nice, and the HTML seems to working quite well for you. I'm fond of the second stanza, it's quite... hmm... (is poetic too vague of a term?). Anyways, Well done.
