Seppuku by John Ilotan
Kneeling before you
i plead
a suplicant
and with swift
samurai strokes
i slice myself
open
from abdomen to sternum
quickly
spilling my insides out
on a cold white floor
a steaming evisceral mess
displayed at your feet
staining your pretty-painted
toenails
all for your pleasure
and enjoyment
