by Amanda L Marronall the words are jumbled up inside
waiting for the precise moment
to invade listening ears
fatigue overcomes my head
as i go to speak
no one can understand these words
coming out of my mouth
they've been inverted to a different meaning
than originally planned
explanations are now a cause for concern
